Founded in 2007, Eastham Capital is a private equity firm exclusively focused on investing in multifamily real estate. Eastham Capital acquires apartment communities throughout the U.S by allocating capital to a proprietary network of vetted Operating Partners who have proven track records of acquiring, renovating, managing and selling multifamily assets within their local markets. We believe all real estate is local – this philosophy is why Eastham Capital only works with a select group of Operating Partners who have in depth knowledge of their local markets. Using this approach it allows us to be the local guy in many markets, which ultimately gets us the best deals and best returns.
